If you are traveling by car, start from a central location in Northern Hungary such as Miskolc. Head south on the M3 highway towards Budapest. Continue on the M3 until you reach the outskirts of Budapest, then take the exit toward the city center. Follow signs for Margit-sziget. Once you arrive at Margit-sziget, you can find parking nearby (note that parking fees may apply). The monument, Húszezer áldozat, húszezer kő emlékhely, is located within the park area, and you can walk to it from the parking area.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, you can take a train from Miskolc to Budapest. The journey takes around 2 hours. Once in Budapest, transfer to the M2 metro line at Deák Ferenc tér and travel to Széll Kálmán tér. From Széll Kálmán tér, catch tram number 4 or 6 towards Széll Kálmán tér and get off at the Margit híd stop. Walk across the Margit híd and enter Margit-sziget. The Húszezer áldozat, húszezer kő emlékhely is located within the island park, just a few minutes' walk from the entrance.
