Getting There

  • Walking

    Begin at the center of Vác, at the main square (Fő tér). From the square, head south on Kossuth Lajos utca for about 500 meters until you reach the junction with Árpád út. Turn right onto Árpád út and continue straight for another 300 meters until you reach the intersection with Dózsa György utca. Turn left onto Dózsa György utca and walk for about 200 meters. At the end of the street, you'll find the bus station. Here, take bus number 8 towards Szentendre. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the Alkotmány utca stop. From the bus stop, walk east on Alkotmány utca for about 200 meters, and you will arrive at the Belgrade Cathedral (Serbian Orthodox Church) located at Alkotmány u., Szentendre, 2000.

    Starting from Vác, make your way to the nearest bus station. You can find this at the Váci bus station. Purchase a ticket for bus number 8, which travels in the direction of Szentendre. The bus ride takes around 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Szentendre, disembark at the Alkotmány utca stop. After exiting the bus, walk east along Alkotmány utca for approximately 200 meters. The Belgrade Cathedral (Serbian Orthodox Church) will be on your left. It is a short and pleasant walk, and you should easily spot the cathedral.
