    From the center of Vác, head towards the Váci Cathedral (Váci Székesegyház). Once you reach the cathedral, continue straight on Kossuth Lajos utca until you reach the banks of the Danube River. Turn right and follow the riverbank path. This will lead you towards the train station. Once you reach the train station, you can take a train to Budapest. The journey will take about 30 minutes. Upon arrival at Budapest's Nyugati Pályaudvar (Western Railway Station), exit the station and make your way to the tram stop outside. Take Tram 4 or 6 towards Széll Kálmán tér. Ride for a few stops until you reach Jászai Mari tér. The Carl Lutz rakpart is just a short walk from the tram stop.
