Walking
From the center of Vác, head towards the Váci train station. Once you reach the station, take a train to Budapest. The journey takes about 30-40 minutes. When you arrive at Budapest's Nyugati Pályaudvar (Western Railway Station), exit the station and walk to the nearest tram stop, which is located outside the main entrance. Catch tram number 4 or 6 in the direction of Széll Kálmán tér and get off at the stop called 'Móricz Zsigmond körtér'. From there, transfer to tram number 1 and ride it until you reach the 'Közvágóhíd' stop. Finally, walk about 10 minutes to reach the Ludwig Museum located at Komor Marcell u. 1.
