Walking
From the center of Vác, head towards the Váci train station. Once you reach the station, take a train to Budapest. The journey takes about 30-40 minutes. When you arrive at Budapest's Nyugati Pályaudvar (Western Railway Station), exit the station and walk to the nearest tram stop, which is located outside the main entrance. Catch tram number 4 or 6 in the direction of Széll Kálmán tér and get off at the stop called 'Móricz Zsigmond körtér'. From there, transfer to tram number 1 and ride it until you reach the 'Közvágóhíd' stop. Finally, walk about 10 minutes to reach the Ludwig Museum located at Komor Marcell u. 1.

Once you arrive at Nyugati Pályaudvar (Western Railway Station), follow the signs to the tram stop outside the station. Take tram 4 or 6 towards Széll Kálmán tér and get off at 'Móricz Zsigmond körtér'. Transfer to tram number 1, and ride it to 'Közvágóhíd'. Finally, it’s a 10-minute walk to the Ludwig Museum at Komor Marcell u. 1.
