From Vac train station, take the train towards Budapest. Make sure to check the train schedule for the next departure. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Nyugati Pályaudvar (Western Railway Station) in Budapest, exit the station and head towards the tram stop outside the station.

Tram
At the tram stop outside Nyugati Pályaudvar, take tram number 4 or 6 towards Széll Kálmán tér. Ride for about 10 stops and get off at the stop named 'Margit híd, budai hídfő'. From there, walk across the Margit Bridge towards Buda side.

Walking
After crossing the Margit Bridge, continue straight on the road until you reach Fő tér. The Óbudai Múzeum will be on your left at Fő tér 1. The total walking distance from the tram stop is about 1 kilometer, which should take you approximately 15-20 minutes.
