Walking
If you're starting from the Borgarnes town center, head east on Borgarbraut street towards the main road (Route 1). Continue walking for about 5 minutes until you reach the intersection with Route 1. Cross over to the other side of Route 1 and keep walking straight. After a few minutes, you will see a bus stop on your right. This is where you can catch a bus to Reykjavík, which will get you closer to Laugardalslaug. Make sure to check the bus schedule for departure times.
Bus
Once you are at the bus stop, take the bus heading to Reykjavík. The journey takes approximately 1 hour. You will arrive at the main bus terminal in Reykjavík. From there, exit the terminal and walk towards the nearest bus stop for local buses. Look for bus number 14, which goes directly to Laugardalslaug. Board the bus and enjoy the scenic ride; it should take about 20 minutes to reach your destination.

After getting off the bus at the Laugardalslaug stop, you will see the entrance to the pool area straight ahead. Walk towards the entrance, which is just a short distance away. Follow the signs to the main entrance where you can purchase tickets and enjoy your time at Laugardalslaug.
