Getting There

    From the center of Borgarnes, head south on Hafnargata street towards the main road, Route 1. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Route 1. Cross the road carefully and follow the signs for the bus stop for Reykjavik. You will be taking a bus to Reykjavik.

    Take the bus from Borgarnes to Reykjavik. The journey will take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance to ensure you catch the right bus. The bus will drop you off at the bus terminal in Reykjavik.

  • Walking

    Once you arrive at the Reykjavik bus terminal, exit the terminal and head east on Vatnsmýrarvegur. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Hringbraut (Route 49). Turn right onto Hringbraut and follow it until you reach the intersection with Fríkirkjuvegur. Turn left onto Fríkirkjuvegur.
