Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the Harpa Concert Hall, exit the building and head east towards the waterfront. Turn left on the waterfront path and walk north until you reach the corner of Tjarnargata. Turn right onto Tjarnargata and continue straight until you reach Hverfisgata. Turn left on Hverfisgata and walk for approximately 5 minutes. The House of Collections will be on your right at Hverfisgata 15.

    From the Reykjavík City Center (Hlemmur Bus Station), take Bus Line 1 or 14 towards Grafarvogur. Get off at the Hverfisgata stop. After exiting the bus, walk back a short distance along Hverfisgata, and you will find The House of Collections at Hverfisgata 15, which should be on your left.

    If you are at Laugavegur (the main shopping street), walk south until you reach the intersection with Hverfisgata. Turn left onto Hverfisgata and continue walking for about 5 minutes. The House of Collections will be located at Hverfisgata 15 on your left.
