Walking
Start from the center of Dalvik. Head towards the main road, Þorunnarstígur. Walk along this road towards the north until you reach the intersection with Hafnarstígur. Turn left onto Hafnarstígur and continue walking. You will walk past several local shops and cafes. Keep an eye on the signs that indicate the way to Akureyri. After approximately 15-20 minutes, you will reach the bus stop for the Akureyri city bus. Take the bus towards Akureyri, which will take about 30 minutes.

Once you arrive in Akureyri, get off at the main bus station. From there, walk towards the waterfront area, following the signs to the Sculpture Park. You should see signs for 'Sail / by Jón Gunnar Árnason' as you approach the waterfront. The location is a short 10-minute walk from the bus station, passing by the harbor area, where you can enjoy views of the surrounding fjords.
