Car
From Dynjandi Waterfall, drive north on Route 60 for approximately 12 kilometers. Then turn left onto Route 63 towards Reykjarfjörður. Continue on Route 63 for around 24 kilometers until you reach the junction with Route 1. Turn left onto Route 1 and drive for about 10 kilometers. Look for the sign for Fossfjörður and turn onto the gravel road. Follow the gravel road for approximately 5 kilometers until you reach the Abandoned Barn at coordinates 65.6100846, -23.5270847. Be aware that the last part of the road may be unpaved and could require a 4WD vehicle.

To get to the Abandoned Barn Fossfjörður by public transport from Dynjandi Waterfall, take a local bus from the nearest bus stop to the waterfall. Check the bus schedule for Route 60 heading towards Ísafjörður, and get off at the nearest stop to Reykjarfjörður. From there, you may need to arrange for a taxi or a local shuttle service to reach the Abandoned Barn, as public transportation may not directly service the site. It's recommended to book the taxi in advance. Note that this may incur additional costs.
