From Dynjandi Waterfall, head southwest on Road 60 (Dynjandisheiði) for about 24 km. Follow the signs for Þingeyri and then merge onto Road 61 towards Flateyri. Continue on Road 61 for approximately 38 km until you reach the town of Flateyri. Once in Flateyri, turn onto Brimnesvegur, and your destination, Önundarfjörður, will be at Brimnesvegur 11.

Take the bus from the nearest bus stop at Dynjandi Waterfall. Check the schedule for the nearest bus to Þingeyri. From Þingeyri, you will need to catch another bus that heads towards Flateyri.
