    From the center of Grindavik, head towards the main road, Suðurstrandarvegur (Route 43). Follow this road as it leads you towards Reykjavík. After approximately 45 minutes of walking, you will reach the bus stop for the Strætó bus service at Grindavik. Board the bus heading towards Reykjavík. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop at Hlemmur, which is the main bus terminal in Reykjavík. Once you arrive at Hlemmur, exit the bus and walk towards Laugavegur Street. Turn left onto Laugavegur and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Tryggvagata. Turn right onto Tryggvagata, and you will find the Reykjavík Museum of Photography at Grófarhús, Tryggvagata 15.

    From Grindavik, walk to the nearest bus stop on Suðurstrandarvegur (Route 43). Once there, take the Strætó bus number 55 heading to Reykjavík. The journey will take approximately 50 minutes. Alight at the Hlemmur bus terminal. From Hlemmur, walk straight down Laugavegur Street, and when you reach the intersection with Tryggvagata, turn right. The Reykjavík Museum of Photography will be on your right at Grófarhús, Tryggvagata 15.
