Bus
From the center of Hafnarfjordur, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Strandgata. Take Bus 1 towards 'Kopavogur', and get off at 'Kopavogur Sundlaug' stop. Here, transfer to Bus 57 towards 'Grindavik'. Ride until you reach the final stop, 'Grindavik'. From the bus terminal in Grindavik, it is about a 30-minute walk to Fagradalsfjall Volcano. Head southwest on Suðurstrandarvegur, following the signs towards the volcano.

If you are already in Hafnarfjordur and prefer to walk, head towards the harbor area and find a path that leads to the Reykjanes Peninsula.
