Start at the Hveragerdi town center, located near the main square. Head north on Vallarvegur Street towards the intersection with the Ring Road (Route 1). At the intersection, turn right and continue walking along the Ring Road. After approximately 2 kilometers, you will reach the bus stop for the Reykjavík BSI Bus Terminal. From there, catch Bus 1 or Bus 3 heading towards Laugardalur. The bus will take you directly to Laugardalsvöllur Stadium, and the journey will take about 30 minutes.
Bus
From Hveragerdi, take Bus 51 from the local bus stop. This bus travels towards Reykjavík. Stay on the bus until you reach the BSI Bus Terminal in Reykjavík. Once you arrive at BSI, transfer to Bus 1 or Bus 3, which will take you directly to Laugardalsvöllur Stadium. The entire trip, including transfers, should take approximately 1 hour.
