Outstanding Customer Service Even When the Weather Didn’t Cooperate
Although we were unfortunately unable to do the Stand Up Paddle Tour because of the strong winds and very cold weather, we can highly recommend them. From the very beginning, everything was friendly, professional, and completely hassle free. Safety was always the top priority, and when it became clear that the weather conditions were not suitable, there was no hesitation. The refund was arranged immediately and without any complications. A very special thank you goes to our guide, Kate. She was an absolute ray of sunshine. Her warm personality, positive attitude, and genuine care turned a disappointing situation into a lovely experience. She made us feel comfortable from the first moment and handled everything with kindness and professionalism. Excellent customer service from start to finish. We would happily book with them again and highly recommend them to anyone visiting Iceland.

Choose your lake ride that wake
Justas is the best!!!
Justas was amazing with our family! We booked the wakeboard/SUP private tour but when we arrived, the weather was not ideal. He quickly pivoted and took us to several amazing local sites. We saw whales and seals and breathtaking scenery. We also stopped for delicious hot chocolate, coffee and fresh blueberry pie at a delightful historic farmhouse. It was a great day despite the rain!

Cruise reservations to Norway by Trips El Corte Inglés, Mexico. Very bad experience with the agency: we paid for a cabin with balcony for 3 people and were given two mini interior cabins, no window, no natural light, or anything. The shipping company says it's what the English Cut booked, we paid for the balcony and got the cheapest. They say they will refund us but until 4 months!!. The MSC boat trip was excellent. Very good food, attention, excursions, music and shows, etc.
