Start from the center of Borgarnes, specifically from the Borgarnes Swimming Pool. Walk south towards the main road, and take a right onto Borgarbraut. Continue walking along Borgarbraut as it leads you out of Borgarnes. After about 10-15 minutes, you will reach the bus stop for Reykjavík, where you can catch a bus to Reykjavík. The bus ride will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive in Reykjavík, head towards Hlemmur Square, which is a major public transport hub. From Hlemmur, take bus number 14 towards Vesturbær. Get off at the Vesturbæjarlaug stop. The swimming pool (Hofsvallagata, 107 Reykjavík) will be a short walk from the bus stop.
