From Landmannalaugar, head northeast on Route 26 (also known as the Golden Circle road). Continue for approximately 55 kilometers. You'll encounter a junction where Route 26 merges with Route 35. Follow Route 35 northbound towards Hveravellir. Keep an eye out for signs directing you to Hveravellir. The last part of the journey includes driving on F35, a highland road, which might require a 4x4 vehicle, particularly after heavy rainfall or snow. Hveravellir will be located on your left.
