If you're driving from Akureyri, take Route 1 (Ring Road) towards the northeast. Continue for about 65 km until you reach the town of Dalvík. From Dalvík, take the ferry to Grímsey Island, which operates daily. The ferry ride takes about 3 hours. Once you arrive in Grímsey, follow the signs to Orbis et Globus, which is approximately 10 km from the ferry terminal. The landmark is located at HX7M+93C, Grímsey.

Start your journey by taking a bus from Akureyri to Dalvík. The bus service is provided by Strætó and the trip takes about 45 minutes. Upon arrival in Dalvík, board the ferry to Grímsey Island. The ferry operates daily and you can check the schedule on the ferry company's website. Once you arrive in Grímsey, you can either walk or take a local taxi to Orbis et Globus, which is about 10 km from the ferry terminal.
