Get off at the 'Seltjarnarnes' stop. After exiting the bus, walk towards the pond by heading west on Seltjarnarnesvegur street. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes until you reach Bakkatjörn, located at address 170 Seltjarnarnes.

    If you are already in central Reykjavik, you can walk to Bakkatjörn. Start at Hallgrímskirkja church, one of Reykjavik's most famous landmarks. Head west on Skólavörðustígur street until you reach Laugavegur, then turn right. Continue walking on Laugavegur until you reach the intersection with Seltjarnarnesvegur. Turn left onto Seltjarnarnesvegur and follow it for about 3 km. Bakkatjörn will be on your right at 170 Seltjarnarnes. This walk will take roughly 45 minutes.
