Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the city center (e.g., Laugavegur street), walk east towards the intersection with Hverfisgata. Turn left onto Hverfisgata and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Austurstræti. Turn right onto Austurstræti and Klambratún will be on your left side at Austurstræti 4.

  • Public Transport

    From the city center, you can take Bus 14 from the main bus stop (Hlemmur). Board the bus heading towards 'Skrá' and get off at the stop named 'Klambratún'. The park will be directly in front of you once you exit the bus.

  • Biking

    If you rent a bike, start from the main area of downtown Reykjavik and head towards the Tjörnin pond. Cycle around the pond, keeping it on your right, and follow the bike paths that lead you to Austurstræti. Continue on Austurstræti, and you will find Klambratún on your left at Austurstræti 4.
