Car
If you are driving, start from the center of Reykjavík and head southeast on Hringbraut (Route 49). Continue straight for about 2 km until you reach a roundabout. Take the first exit onto Suðurlandsbraut (Route 41). After approximately 1 km, keep left to stay on Suðurlandsbraut and continue for another 1 km. Take a right onto Hlíðarendi, where you will find the Icelandic Horse Monument at the end of the street. Parking is available nearby.

To reach the Icelandic Horse Monument by public transport, you can take Bus Line 14 from the main bus station in downtown Reykjavík (Hlemmur). Board the bus heading towards 'Sundlaug Hlíða' and get off at the 'Hlíðarendi' stop. From there, it's a short walk (about 700 meters) toward the street Hlíðarendi, where you will find the monument at the end of the road. Make sure to check the bus schedule as it may vary throughout the day.
