If you are traveling by car within Thorsmork, start at the main parking area near the Thorsmork visitor center. From there, head east on the road towards the Fjallabaksleið Nyrðri. The photopoint is a short walk from the pull-off area, approximately 500 meters along the trail to your left.

If you are using public transportation, you will first need to take a bus from Reykjavik to Thorsmork. Once you arrive at the Thorsmork bus stop, walk towards the visitor center. From the visitor center, follow the same directions as for car travelers: head east on the road towards Fjallabaksleið Nyrðri, and after about 2 km, look for the marked pull-off area to park. The photopoint is approximately a 500-meter walk from there.
