Car
If you are traveling by car, head towards Vestmannaeyjar. From the Western Region, take Route 1 (the Ring Road) heading south. Continue for about 99 km until you see the signs for Landeyjahöfn. From there, take the ferry to Vestmannaeyjar, which takes about 35 minutes. Once you arrive at Vestmannaeyjar, follow the signs to the town center where Eldheimar is located. Drive to Gerðisbraut 10, where Eldheimar is situated. There may be parking available nearby.

To reach Eldheimar using public transportation, take a bus from the nearest major town (such as Selfoss or Hvolsvöllur) to Landeyjahöfn. Check the schedules for bus services to ensure you arrive in time for the ferry. Once you reach Landeyjahöfn, board the ferry to Vestmannaeyjar.
