After approximately 30 kilometers, take the exit onto Route 47 towards Borgarnes. Continue on Route 47 for about 34 kilometers until you reach the junction with Route 1 again. Follow Route 1 for about 12 kilometers, then turn left onto Route 54 towards Þingvellir. After about 12 kilometers, look for a sign to Glymur Waterfall on your left. Follow the gravel road for about 3 kilometers until you reach the parking area. Please note that there may be a small parking fee, so have some Icelandic króna (ISK) ready.
