From Þórsmörk, head northwest towards the main road, Route 1 (also known as the Ring Road). This is approximately a 20 km drive. Upon reaching Route 1, turn left (south) and continue driving for about 30 km until you reach the town of Skógar. Look for the sign for Skógar Museum, which is located at Safnavegur 1, 861 Skógar. There is parking available on-site, but please note that there may be a parking fee.
