Take the ValleyRide Bus Route 3 from downtown Boise. Board the bus at the Main St & 8th St station. Ride the bus for approximately 15-20 minutes until you reach the stop at Parkcenter Blvd & E Boise Ave. From there, walk east on E Boise Ave for about 10 minutes until you reach the entrance to the Greenbelt. Follow the Greenbelt path south, and you will arrive at the Red Bridge, which is located along the river.
