Public Transportation
From downtown Coeur d'Alene, head to the nearest bus stop and board the public transit bus towards Post Falls. You will want to get off at the stop near the I-90 exit, which is approximately 30-40 minutes into your ride. From there, you can catch a transfer bus that goes towards Cataldo. Make sure to inform the bus driver you are heading to Old Mission State Park. The bus will take you directly to the park entrance. Once you arrive at the park, you can explore the historical sites and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

Bicycle
If you prefer biking, rent a bicycle from one of the bike rental shops in downtown Coeur d'Alene. Head east on Lakeside Avenue, then follow the path that runs alongside the lake. Continue on the North Idaho Centennial Trail until you reach the intersection with S Mission Rd. Turn right onto S Mission Rd and follow it south for about 10 miles. The park entrance will be on your left. Enjoy the scenic ride along the trail!

Walking with a Combination of Rideshare
For those who enjoy walking, start at the Coeur d'Alene Resort and walk along the waterfront trail. After about 1 mile, you'll reach the intersection of S 4th St and E Harrison Ave. From there, use a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft to reach Old Mission State Park. Provide the driver with the address: 31732 S Mission Rd, Cataldo, ID 83810. The ride will take around 20-30 minutes depending on traffic.
