Getting There

• Walking

  From the center of Lewiston, head east on Main Street towards the intersection with 7th Avenue. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with 21st Street. Turn left on 21st Street and walk for another 0.3 miles. You will come to the intersection with Pine Street. Proceed straight, and you will see signs for public transportation to Portland, ME. Look for the bus stop on the corner of Pine Street and 21st Street. Board any bus heading towards Portland.

• Public Transit

  Once you are at the bus stop on Pine Street, wait for the bus that will take you to Portland. The bus ride to Portland usually takes about 2 hours. Make sure to inform the driver that your destination is Custom House Wharf in Portland. They will let you know when to get off. After arriving in Portland, walk towards the waterfront area, and follow the signs to Custom House Wharf, which is located near the waterfront.

• Bicycle

  If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from a local rental service in Lewiston. Start your ride heading east on Main Street, then take 7th Avenue north until you reach 21st Street. Turn left and continue on 21st Street for approximately 0.3 miles before turning left onto Pine Street. Follow Pine Street until you reach the bus terminal where you can catch a bus to Portland. Once in Portland, bike towards the waterfront area where Custom House Wharf is located.
