    If you're starting from downtown Lewiston, walk east on Main Street until you reach the intersection with 9th Avenue. Turn left onto 9th Avenue and continue to follow it as it becomes Burrell Avenue. After a few blocks, turn right onto 21st Street. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with 4th Avenue. Turn left onto 4th Avenue and keep walking for about 1.5 miles until you reach the Eastern Promenade Trail. Look for the entrance to the trail on your right side.

    From downtown Lewiston, locate the nearest bus stop and take the bus heading towards Portland. Make sure to check the bus schedule and routes. Follow Burrell Avenue to 21st Street, then take a right. Continue straight until you reach 4th Avenue where you will turn left. Cycle on 4th Avenue for about 1.5 miles until you find the Eastern Promenade Trail entrance on your right side.
