If you're starting from downtown Lewiston, walk east on Main Street until you reach the intersection with 9th Avenue. Turn left onto 9th Avenue and continue to follow it as it becomes Burrell Avenue. After a few blocks, turn right onto 21st Street. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with 4th Avenue. Turn left onto 4th Avenue and keep walking for about 1.5 miles until you reach the Eastern Promenade Trail. Look for the entrance to the trail on your right side.
Public Transit (Bus)
From downtown Lewiston, locate the nearest bus stop and take the bus heading towards Portland. Make sure to check the bus schedule and routes. You will need to transfer to a bus that goes towards the Eastern Promenade area. Once you arrive at the stop nearest to Eastern Promenade, walk towards the promenade which should be within a short distance from the stop.
Biking
If you have access to a bike, start from downtown Lewiston and head east on Main Street. Continue as it transitions into 9th Avenue, which will lead you to Burrell Avenue. Follow Burrell Avenue to 21st Street, then take a right. Continue straight until you reach 4th Avenue where you will turn left. Cycle on 4th Avenue for about 1.5 miles until you find the Eastern Promenade Trail entrance on your right side.
