    From City of Rocks National Reserve, start by heading northeast on ID-77 N. Continue for approximately 29 miles until you reach the junction with US-30 E. Merge onto US-30 E and continue for about 25 miles. Take the exit onto I-84 W toward Boise. After about 36 miles, take exit 141 for ID-75 N toward Sun Valley. Follow ID-75 N for about 53 miles until you reach the town of Arco. At Arco, turn left onto US-20 W and continue for about 18 miles. You will see the entrance to Craters of the Moon National Monument & Preserve on your right. The drive takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours depending on traffic.
