Public Transportation
From Arlington Heights Train Station, take the Metra Union Pacific Northwest Line towards Chicago. Ride the train for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the Ogilvie Transportation Center. Exit the train and head to the adjacent Washington/Wells station. Transfer to the Brown Line train heading towards Kimball. Ride for about 15 minutes and get off at the Armitage station. From there, walk east on Armitage Avenue for about 0.5 miles until you reach North Cannon Drive. Turn left on North Cannon Drive and walk north for about 0.2 miles to arrive at Robert and Mayari Pritzker Penguin Cove.

From the Arlington Heights downtown area, walk to the nearest bus stop for the Pace Bus route 696. Board the bus heading towards the Rosemont CTA station. Ride for approximately 40 minutes until you reach the Jefferson Park Transit Center. At Jefferson Park, transfer to the Blue Line train towards O'Hare. Ride for about 30 minutes until you reach the Washington station. Walk east along Washington Street for a couple of blocks, then turn onto North Cannon Drive. Continue walking north on Cannon Drive for about 0.2 miles to reach Robert and Mayari Pritzker Penguin Cove.

If you're already in downtown Arlington Heights, you can start your journey by walking to the Arlington Heights Metra Station. From there, take the Metra train to Chicago Union Station as mentioned above. However, if you want to walk all the way to Lincoln Park, head southeast on Campbell Street towards Arlington Heights Road, then turn right and walk south. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Dempster Street. Turn left and follow Dempster until you reach the intersection with Milwaukee Avenue. Walk southeast along Milwaukee Avenue until it merges with North Lincoln Avenue. Continue walking on Lincoln Avenue until you reach North Cannon Drive, then turn left to get to Robert and Mayari Pritzker Penguin Cove.
