From Arlington Heights Station, take the Metra Union Pacific Northwest Line towards Chicago. Ensure to board a train that stops at the Ogilvie Transportation Center. The ride will take approximately 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Ogilvie, follow the signs to exit the station and transfer to the Clark/Lake station.

After exiting Ogilvie, follow the signs to the 'Ogilvie Transportation Center' exit. Walk to the 'Clark/Lake' station (approximately a 5-minute walk). At Clark/Lake, take the 'Brown Line' towards Kimball. Get off at the 'State/Lake' station (1 stop). From there, walk east along Madison Street for about 5 minutes until you reach Sullivan Center at 9 E Madison St.

Bus
From Arlington Heights, you can also take the Pace Bus Route 696 to the Northwest Transportation Center in Palatine. From there, transfer to the Pace Bus Route 707 towards the 'Schaumburg' and get off at the bus stop near the 'Schaumburg' train station. From there, take the Metra train to Ogilvie Transportation Center in Chicago. Follow the same steps as above to reach the Sullivan Center.

If you find yourself in downtown Arlington Heights, walk towards the Arlington Heights Metra Station. The station is located at 45 W Northwest Hwy. From there, follow the train instructions to Ogilvie Transportation Center and then to Sullivan Center.
