Once you arrive at Union Station, exit the platform and follow the signs to the street level. From Union Station, walk east on Canal Street until you reach W Adams St. Turn left onto W Adams St and walk until you reach S State St. Turn right on S State St and continue walking until you reach E Madison St. The Sullivan Center will be on your right at 9 E Madison St.
