If you are on the Red Line, transfer at the 'State/Lake' stop to the Brown Line (towards 'Kimball') and get off at 'Washington/Wells'. From there, walk southwest on Washington Street until you reach Canal Street, take a left, and Chicago Union Station will be on your right at 225 S Canal St.
