Public Bus
From Cicero, head to the nearest bus stop that services the CTA. Look for the 54 Cicero bus route at the intersection of Cicero Avenue and 21st Street. Board the bus heading northbound. Ride the bus for approximately 20 minutes until you reach the stop at the intersection of Cicero Avenue and Irving Park Road. Transfer to the 77 Belmont bus, heading west. Ride the 77 Belmont bus for about 30 minutes until you reach the stop at N Martingale Rd. Walk south on N Martingale Rd for about 5 minutes to arrive at LEGOLAND Discovery Center Chicago at 601 N Martingale Rd.
Train
Make your way to the nearest CTA train station, which is the Pulaski Station on the Pink Line. Board the train heading towards 18th and Damen. After about 30 minutes, transfer at the Damen Station to the Blue Line. Take the Blue Line train towards O'Hare and ride for approximately 40 minutes until you reach the Rosemont Station. From there, catch a Pace bus (Route 606) that will take you directly to Schaumburg. Get off at the stop near 601 N Martingale Rd and walk south for about 5 minutes to reach your destination.
Walking
If you're staying within central Cicero, find your way to the Cicero Community Park. From there, you can walk to the nearest bus stop on Cicero Avenue. Take the 54 Cicero bus as described in the Public Bus option. If you prefer to walk, be aware that it is a long journey of approximately 11 miles to Schaumburg, which would take around 3-4 hours. It's recommended to take a bus or a train to reduce travel time.
