  • Walking

    If you are starting from the Illinois State Capitol, exit the building and head south on 2nd Street. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach East Monroe Street. Turn left onto East Monroe Street and walk for two blocks until you reach 7th Street. Turn right onto 7th Street, and you will see Lincoln Home at 426 S 7th St on your left side after about 0.2 miles.

    From the Springfield Amtrak Station, take Route 11 (South 5th Street) bus towards the South 5th Street/Stevenson Drive. Get off at the stop at South 7th Street and East Adams Street (approximately a 10-minute ride). Walk south on 7th Street for about 0.3 miles, and Lincoln Home will be on your right at 426 S 7th St.
