    If you are starting from the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum, exit the building and head south on 6th St toward E Monroe St. Continue for about 0.5 miles until you reach E Capitol Ave. Turn left onto E Capitol Ave and walk for about 0.3 miles. You will find the Sculpture at the intersection of South 12th Street and E Capitol Ave, just across the street from Pioneer Park.

  • Public Bus

    From downtown Springfield, locate the nearest bus stop for the Sangamon Mass Transit District (SMTD). You can take the Route 1 bus heading towards South 11th Street. Get off at the stop at E Capitol Ave and S 12th St. From there, walk one block south to reach the Sculpture at the corner of South 12th Street and E Capitol Ave.
