    Public Bus

    From the Waukegan Metra Station, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Washington St. Catch the PACE Bus #570 towards Lake Zurich. The bus will take you directly to Lake Zurich. Be sure to check the bus schedule ahead of time for exact departure times. Once you arrive at the Lake Zurich stop, you will be in close proximity to the main attractions in the area.

    Bicycle

    If you are up for a scenic bike ride, you can rent a bike from a local rental service in Waukegan. Start from the Waukegan Harbor and head northwest on the Green Bay Trail. Follow the trail north until you reach the intersection with Route 22. Turn left onto Route 22 and continue until you reach Lake Zurich. This route is approximately 10 miles and offers beautiful views of the countryside.
