This elegant pavilion, dating back to the early 15th century during the reign of Sultan Ahmed Shah, exemplifies Mughal architecture and the artistic richness of the era. The Sarkhej Roza complex, often called the 'Acropolis of Ahmedabad' by some , is a testament to the city's heritage. As you explore Sarkhej Baradari, you'll discover a harmonious fusion of Islamic and Indian architectural elements, reflected in its elegant arches, detailed carvings, and expansive courtyards.
