Each ruler has left their mark on the fort's structure, creating a unique blend of architectural styles. The fort boasts three entry gates, with the Dargah Darwaza being the most prominent, carved from a single granite boulder. Other notable features include the Golconda Darwaza, which leads to Jaggaiahpet village, and the Tanisha Mahal, offering panoramic views from its hilltop location. Within the fort complex, visitors can explore ruined structures, a reservoir, water tanks, and the remnants of a once-grand palace. Kondapalli is also renowned for its traditional wooden toys, known as Kondapalli Bommalu. These handcrafted toys, made from locally sourced softwood, depict scenes from rural life, mythology, and various animals and birds.
