Auli Hill Station: A Himalayan Ski Paradise

Auli, also known as Auli Bugyal (meadow), is a picturesque hill station in Uttarakhand, India, celebrated for its ski resorts and stunning natural vistas. Auli boasts Asia's second-highest and longest ropeway (after Gulmarg), connecting it to Joshimath and offering breathtaking views. The Auli Artificial Lake, one of the world's highest man-made lakes, ensures consistent snow conditions for skiing. In the summer (March to June), the snow melts, revealing lush green meadows ideal for trekking and enjoying the pleasant weather. Popular treks include Auli-Gorson and Kuari Pass.
