Siddheswar Temple, situated in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, is a revered Hindu shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple, dating back to the 11th century during the Ganga dynasty, exemplifies the Kalinga style of architecture with its detailed carvings and elegant design. The temple's architecture features a sandstone construction with a vimana (tower) and spire. The entrance is adorned with sculptures of Hindu deities, and the inner sanctum houses a Shiva lingam. Pleased with this, Lord Shiva named Vishnu as Siddha and himself as Siddhadata, thus the Lingam is called Siddheswara.
