The most common way to arrive is by taxi or pre-booked car from major transport hubs. * **From Jabalpur Airport/Railway Station (approximately 4-5 hours):** Taxis are readily available for the journey to Khatia Gate (160 km), Mukki Gate (200 km), or Sarhi Gate (150 km). * **From Raipur Airport (approximately 5-6 hours):** Hire a taxi to Mukki Gate (210 km) or Sarhi Gate (200 km). * **From Nagpur Airport/Railway Station (approximately 6-7 hours):** A taxi can take you to Khatia Gate (220 km) or Mukki Gate (260 km). **Costs:** * Taxi fares from Jabalpur, Raipur or Nagpur to Kanha range from INR 4,000 to INR 7,000 depending on the vehicle and your negotiation skills. * Entrance fees are payable upon arrival at the gate and are typically included in safari packages. Expect to pay approximately INR 8,000-9,000 for a jeep safari in the core zone and INR 7,000-8,000 in the buffer zone.
