From Jabalpur city center or Jabalpur Junction railway station, hire a taxi or auto-rickshaw to Dumna Nature Reserve. The reserve is approximately 8-10 km from the city center and near Jabalpur Airport. A taxi ride will take about 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. Expect to pay around ₹200-₹400 for a one-way taxi ride. Once inside Dumna Nature Reserve, follow the internal roads towards Khandari Lake Waterfall. There is a nominal entry fee of ₹20 per person for the reserve. Parking for four-wheelers costs ₹60.
