Getting There

  • Trekking

    From Darjeeling, head towards the Chowrasta (the main square). From Chowrasta, take the Mall Road towards the North. Continue walking straight along the Mall Road for about 1.5 km until you reach the end of the road at the junction with the Gandhi Road. Here, you'll see signs pointing towards Gangtok. Follow the signs and continue on foot. The trek will take approximately 3-4 hours, depending on your pace. Ensure to wear comfortable shoes and carry water.

    Make your way to the Darjeeling taxi stand located near Chowrasta. Look for shared taxis heading towards Gangtok. The fare is usually around INR 200-300 per person.
