Car
If you are traveling by car, start your journey from Gangtok, the capital of Sikkim. Head east on NH10. After around 25 km, you will reach a fork in the road. Take the right turn towards Arithang. Continue straight for about 5 km until you see the sign for Teesta View Point. There is parking available near the viewpoint. The drive takes approximately 1 hour depending on traffic.
Public Transportation
To reach Teesta View Point using public transportation, take a shared taxi or a local bus from the main taxi stand in Gangtok to Arithang. The fare for a shared taxi is around INR 50-100 per person, while the bus fare is about INR 30. Once you arrive in Arithang, you will need to hire a local taxi to take you to the Teesta View Point, which should cost around INR 200-300. The entire trip may take about 1.5 to 2 hours depending on waiting times and traffic.
