    From the Darjeeling Mall (Chowrasta), walk along the Mall Road towards Gandhi Road. Continue straight, passing shops and cafes, for about 15-20 minutes. Look for the sign leading to Mahakal Mandir. The path will incline slightly; Kanchenjunga View Point is located just behind Mahakal Mandir. Walking is the easiest way to get around.

    Taxis are readily available in Darjeeling. Hire a taxi from the Chowk Bazaar or the taxi stand near the Darjeeling Railway Station. Ask the driver to take you to Mahakal Mandir; the Kanchenjunga View Point is located just behind it. Taxi fares in Darjeeling start at approximately ₹10.50 per kilometer.
