Walking
Start at the Darjeeling Mall, which is centrally located and a popular spot for tourists. From the Mall, head down to the Chowrasta area and then make your way down to the main road, Hill Cart Road. Once you reach Hill Cart Road, look for the sign for 'Ghoom' and take the local path that leads you towards Ghoom Monastery. Follow the road signs towards Ghoom. After about 2 km, you will find yourself at Ghoom station. From here, you can either take a local bus or continue walking towards the Tarzun Tea Garden area, which is where the Turzum & Sungma Tea Factory is located. The factory is approximately 3 km from Ghoom station.

Public Transport
From the Darjeeling bus stand, take a local bus heading to Ghoom. The bus ride will take around 30 minutes. Once you reach Ghoom, disembark and ask for directions to Tarzun Tea Garden. It's a short walk from the bus stop. Follow the signs or ask locals for the Turzum & Sungma Tea Factory. The factory is situated approximately 3 km from Ghoom. Walking or hiring a local guide from Ghoom is recommended to ensure you find the right path.

Taxi (Shared or Private)
You can hire a shared taxi from the Darjeeling taxi stand. Look for taxis that are going towards Ghoom, as they will pass near the Turzum & Sungma Tea Factory. The ride will take about 20 minutes. Once you get to Ghoom, inform the driver to drop you off near the Tarzun Tea Garden area. From there, it's a short walk to the factory. Alternatively, you can hire a private taxi for more convenience.
