Getting There

Walking
If you are in the main market area of Darjeeling (Chowrasta), walk towards the Mall Road. From there, head down the Mall Road towards the Ghoom area. You will pass several shops and cafes along the way. Continue straight until you reach the junction where you can see the sign for Ghoom. Take a left at this junction, and you will be heading towards Ghoom Monastery. As you walk, enjoy the scenic views and the cool mountain air. The total walk will take approximately 30 minutes.

Toy Train
From the Darjeeling Toy Train station located near the Chowrasta area, board the Darjeeling Himalayan Railway (DHR) toy train heading towards Ghoom. The ride will give you a beautiful view of the mountains and takes about 10-15 minutes to reach Ghoom station. Once you arrive at Ghoom station, you can walk towards the tourist place which is approximately a 10-minute walk from the station.
