From the Darjeeling Mall (Chowrasta), head down on the main road towards Nehru Road. Continue walking until you reach the junction with the Gandhi Road. Turn left onto Gandhi Road and walk straight for about 10 minutes, keeping an eye out for your surroundings. You will pass various shops and cafes. After about 10 minutes, you will reach the junction for Manbari Basti. From here, take the uphill path which is slightly steep. Continue walking for another 15-20 minutes. Look for signposts or ask locals for Sherpa Monastery. It is located at 27R9+64R, Manbari Basti, which is a short walk from the main road.
